3. Use short declarative sentences.
4. Use full-block style.
5. Learn the way names are presented in the audience’s culture. Use that style.
6. Learn the greetings and salutations in the audience’s culture. Use that style.
7. Learn the thank you styles in the audience’s culture. Use that style.
